ID thieves target Cell Phone users

We were sent a link by one of our American customers to an article on ID thieves targetting Cell Phone users in the United States.

I recently read the USA is 5 times ahead of the UK and Europe in terms of ID theft but it seems we all have the same concerns from someone stealing our mobile phone. Last year the US had 9.9 million victims of Identity Theft and "a person is 25 times more likely to be a victim of identity theft than have their car stolen."

The mention of Bluetooth hacking is interesting and something we, at Txt2Lock, will take a further look at.
